Sedasleep contains a herbal combination of Passion flower and Hops. Passiona flower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness and reduce disturbed or restless sleep.

Each tablet contains
Passiflora Incarnata (Passion flower) extract dry concentrate 125mg from dry herb top flowering 500mg Humulus Lupulus (Hops) extract dry concentrate 23.3mg from dry flower 175mg

Adult Dosage

Adults - take 3 tablets once daily with water, half an hour before bed, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
